Tutoring built by students who sat in the same classrooms.
Prosperous Tutoring was founded by current and former Prosper ISD students. We took the same courses, from the same teachers, on the same curriculum, so we already know what your teacher expects.
We know the curriculum because we learned it here.
A local, insider advantage
Prosperous Tutoring is a coalition of current and former Prosper ISD students who wanted to make the toughest courses less intimidating for the students coming up behind them.
Because we've sat through the same AP courses, the same pacing guides, and the same style of tests that local teachers give, we understand firsthand what earns full credit in these classrooms. That's a level of familiarity a tutoring center or an out-of-area tutor simply can't offer.
Most of our tutors finished these exact courses within the past year or two, so we know where students tend to struggle.
What that means for your student
- AP and dual-credit coursework experience, taken recently and firsthand
- Strong, proven SAT scores and test-taking strategy
- Familiarity with Prosper ISD teachers, pacing, and grading style
- Patient, one-on-one sessions built around how your student actually learns
- 150+ combined hours of tutoring experience across our tutors

Simple, transparent pricing
Two ways to work with us, priced by the hour. Available weekdays and weekends, online from anywhere or in person around Prosper.
For a student who's mostly on track and just needs help finishing an assignment or working through a few tricky problems.
- Guided help working through the homework problems your student already has
- Please send the homework over in advance, so we can look it over before the session starts
- If we need to reteach concepts for better understanding, we recommend moving up to the Full Tutoring Program instead
For a student who needs a concept taught and practiced from the ground up, with sessions that can also flex toward an upcoming quiz or test.
- Concepts taught from the ground up, at the pace your student needs
- Ongoing sessions built around your student's actual course and teacher
- Sessions can focus on an upcoming quiz or test when needed
- Homework help is included as part of every session
Not sure which one fits? Homework Help is for working through problems on material your student has already been taught. The Full Tutoring Program is for learning or relearning a concept properly, and homework help is included along the way. If a Homework Help session shows a concept needs to be retaught, we'll tell you and recommend switching to the Full Tutoring Program before continuing. In-person sessions for either plan are currently available in Prosper, Celina, Frisco, and McKinney, Texas only.
